This is the outfield wall of the stadium.
The large glass windows replacing seats, the huge Jumbotron, and dark
"hitters background" are all features of the new style of stadium. The Jumbotron is pretty amazing, especially at night. The clarity is incredible! Also right above the outfield wall there were some bleacher seats and then an area where you could just stand and watch the game from a pretty good vantage point. (The opening photo was taken from there.) Look below the America West sign, right behind the outfield wall. Does that look like...a pool?.... |
