The area used to be a rail yard, many
years ago, and this building used to serve as the B&O warehouse.
It now houses mainly offices and is the longest building on the east
coast at over 1,000 feet. It is also sits right on top of the birthplace of baseball great, Babe Ruth. His home and his father's store, Ruth Cafe, sat where center field is today. For more interesting info on the park please click here. |
