While right field has a nice lawn, left
field does not have it so lucky. There is a really cool tiered
Terrace area there that is set into left field just a bit and has a
feel of the Green Monster in Boston. While this is all cool,
the bad part is that as the sun sets in the west it shines RIGHT
onto these people nearly directly in a line with home plate.
This is the bottom of the 5th and they are just getting relief.
Also somewhat visible from this angle is
the concourse that runs all the way around the park. And this
photo was taken from another
cool spot that was concourse level high but directly over the
large left field foul territory. |
