The front of the stadium is really pretty
nice. The mirrored glass look isn't something you normally see
with ballparks and it was well done. However, they covered a
bunch of it up with gaudy pedestrian ramps. Dumb move.
One thing we didn't have time to check out
was the "monument" marking the location of home plate of the old
Comiskey. I'm really kinda bummed about that one because it was
the same home plate where Joe Jackson would have taken his at bats.
(The monument is somewhere in a nearby parking lot.) |
