These shots were taken at a crossing in Oak Creek where everything (the creek, Cathedral Rock, and the sun) just seemed to line up perfect.  All week I had been seeing professional shots of Cathedral Rock reflecting in the creek.  In an attempt to find this spot and duplicate those photos, we surmised we could hike the Templeton Trail (off the Cathedral Rock Trail) to this spot.  Well, you can, and we did, except we hiked the 1½ miles back in the dark only to find out that Verde Valley School Road, out of the Village of Oak Creek, leads right to this spot!  Oh well.
