When we got there the downtown area was closed off for local festival.  That made it a little frustrating to an unexpecting visitor but the festival was neat and it added some extra life to the area.

We enjoyed some sandwiches and pizza at Big Mike's and then checked out the famous O.P. Taylor's toy store.

Brevard also had the normal highway/commercial development with plenty of the things you need like banks, restaurant chains, Walgreens, Wal-Mart and Lowes.
