Our first stop was Pfeiffer Big Sur State
Park. We decided to hike the Pfeiffer Falls Trail (to Pfeiffer
Falls) and then connect to the Valley View Trail for about a 1.4 mile
loop. Piece of cake! The trail is very nicely maintained and is in and amongst huge coastal redwoods and wasn't very crowded for a weekend. The Valley View Trail had a few lookouts where you had some nice views of the mountains and the valley you were in.
