One morning we decided to venture out to the San Fran Zoo. It it out on the coast, south of Golden Gate
Park. Without a car we decided to take SF Transit (MUNI) out
there. Man, that took forever. Once we were there the crowds weren't too bad, though it was a weekday morning so it was all kids (which can be obnoxious). The morning proved to be an active time for the cats. The tigers especially. We could hear the roars for quite some distance and this is about as still as this one got the whole time. They had a nice enclosure that was linked with several nearby ones so they could all roam. |
