The place is a top-notch training facility for athletes.  It is not a tourist spot.  We missed the video (the first part of the tour) and I have a feeling that it is the best part.

Our tour guide kept getting so excited she was about to pee in her pants over the "world-famous" athletes that were working out.  They were wrestlers or weight-lifters or marksmen.  Come on.
