Nestled into the mountainside above the
small town of Cascade, Eastholme in the Rockies is an incredible bed
& breakfast. The home itself
dates back to 1885 and has a very interesting (and well-documented)
history. It is well-preserved and beautifully decorated.
The innkeeper, Terry Thompson, was
very nice to us, friendly, and cooked good breakfasts!
(There's nothing worse than a wimpy breakfast at a B&B.)
