When in New York, one must eat! And
eat we did. As a local New Yorker
we met said, with such high rents if a restaurant doesn't have
good food it can't draw people and it WON'T survive. Well said.
Though we didn't run into a bunch of restaurants that were just
phenomenal, most of them were pretty good.
As is our tradition we had to get
"local" pizza, like we do where ever we go. Of the places we got
it, Famigila's (this one at Broadway and around 48th) was definitely
the best. Large slices loaded with yummy toppings and an order
of garlic knots went well anytime! |
