Inner Harbor / Federal Hill, Baltimore, MD (September, 2003)

 
The heart of downtown Baltimore is anchored by a successful redevelopment area call the Inner Harbor.

The redevelopment has been underway since the 1970's.  It is almost a perfect model...office, residential, retail, attractions.  And the real trick is that they've maintained it all.
