What really sets Sea World apart is the
interactions. (Not to mention that for a large sum of money you
can become a trainer for a day...wetsuit, handfuls of fish and all!) This is the dolphin interaction. You can actually buy a container with 4 fish and the dolphins swim right to you, open up, and as soon as you toss a fish in the let you pet them. (P.S. A dolphin feels nothing like you would expect.) That's Mel getting a reward pet after she tossed this guy her last fish! There is also a starfish interaction and a ray (bat ray, no stinger) interaction. Pretty cool stuff for kids and adults! =) |
