The first show we decided to catch was dolphin show.  Let me just say this...all the shows are great.  You can't go wrong spending the 15 minutes before and the 20+ minutes during the show.  Not only do they entertain with the trained animals, but there is actually a "script" with some humor and surprises.  They also take time to educate you about the animals.
