Our first stop was Wilson Creek Winery.
The grounds here were absolutely beautiful. (The previous shot
was on their grounds.) They have a fantastic picnic grounds and
they do weddings, however for the picnic or the wedding you have to
use their wines which aren't any of our favorites. Oh well,
still worth the trip to see it.
What is really interesting about the Temecula wine country (and any
other area in the desert southwest) is the dry arid areas all around
and then you turn around and someone has watered and watered and watered the
greenest patch of grass and brilliantly colored flowers you've ever
seen. |
