We stayed at a Courtyard by Marriott that
we booked on Priceline for $45/night. It was a pretty nice
property, as you can see by the courtyard here (nice pool in the
background), and it was really conveniently located.
Near several restaurant options, the
hotel was also right next to St. Petersburg-Clearwater International
Airport (which we flew into) and it was very close to I-275 which
will take you north right into Tampa (and toward Orlando and the
space coast) as well as south to downtown St. Petersburg and St.
Pete's Beach. |
