This is a $2.6 BILLION development.  It is absolutely incredible inside and out and sets a new standard for hotel developments in Las Vegas.

Though this is a new property, note those mature trees in the bottom right corner.  There has to be millions of dollars in freshly planted mature trees and landscaping.  On the backside of that hill of trees is an incredible waterfall scene.  Well worth seeing!

Also attached to the Wynn is the strip's only golf course.  Only open to hotel guests, green fees for a foursome runs $2,000.
