National Archives, Washington DC (August, 2004)

 
The National Archives is an incredibly fascinating building.  Fascinating in fact that we even have such a building--such a huge building--designed to preserve and document the government of the United States.

So much in history has gone by the wayside never to be remembered again because someone didn't save something.  And as technology increases, we'll be able to save even more.

The Archives building is located right on the Yellow and Green Metro lines (at the Archives/Navy Memorial stop).
