The bulk of the tour is underground in
the "largest underground winery in North America," where it is a
nice 60° year-round. This room
produces all the blushes and all those steel containers you see are
made in Springfield, Missouri (Paul Mueller Company), less than a
mile from our house. Interesting enough, these containers are
also find in wineries throughout the Napa region. |
