The ballpark cost $40.4M and is owned by the city of North Little Rock.  It's the most expensive of the Texas League stadiums.  Although, I'll go on record as saying it isn't the nicest.  (So far that goes to ONEOK Field in Tulsa).  It does have a nice setting and lots of great amenities and is a great place to catch game.
