Seating will hold 8,056 fans with room for up to 10,000 on the two grass burms in centerfield.  (Those burms can also be converted into seating for a capacity high enough to play home to a AAA minor league team.

The real difference between this and other, cheaper, minor league stadiums is the suite level.  26 luxury suites can accommodate 18 people each and 3rd level of party suites and press boxes are a real plus.
