The trailhead has a sizeable parking lot
and a large picnic area is there as well. It didn't look like
there were many amenities but plenty of tables spread out among the
trees. We were there on a warm, sunny weekend in late October and while it was getting a little later in the afternoon there were only about a dozen cars in the parking lot and given the short nature of the trail you were always within earshot of another hiking party but it wasn't too bad at all. |
