Forest Lake is a man-made lake created to
provide a constant water supply to Kirksville (pop. 17,000).
Built in the early 1950's this is the dam that creates the lake. In the spring Jonathan and his equally crazy roommates come to this spot to slide down the algae covered 45º incline on their butts! Amazing these guys will have degrees! =) For more information on the state park click here. |
