Just as you get to the area where the
actual spring is there's a trail to the left that leads to this
preserved cabin. What a great homestead site!
Not only is it right on a beautiful river, but it is located next to one
of the prettiest springs I've ever seen.
Unlike many of the historic cabins I've seen in the Buffalo River area the inside to this one is accessible. Which is neat, but that leads to idiots feeling like the scene isn't complete until they've left their mark. |
