As the trail leaves Rocheport heading
downstream (east) it quickly crosses under busy Interstate 70.
There are several nice views in this area and a great place to take
a break (if you didn't just start at Rocheport), lock up your bikes
and head up the
trail to
Les Bourgeois winery. They have a great setup on the top
of the bluff overlooking the river valley and I-70. It doesn't
get too much better than their decks, views, enjoyable wines and a
basket of cheeses, breads, and summer sausage to waste away a nice
sunny day! |
