By way of introduction, the Katy Trail is
a 225-mile route across the mid-section of Missouri made possible by
converting a former railroad bed into a remarkable asset to the
state and the entire Midwest, especially for bikers
After our decision to ride various
sections of the trail and take photos, this was our second time out.
We started at Rocheport (mile marker 178.3) and headed down to
Easley (mile marker 162.5), a total of almost 16 miles.
This is a great section of trail and is
highly used due in part to its location close to Jeff City and
Columbia and with the draw of Rocheport nearby. For more
