What really sucks about the AZ state capitol though is its location.  Similar to the situation we saw in Oklahoma City, the building is located in a pretty run down area of town.  Right around the capitol area were several office buildings that completely overshadowed it and in any direction from the capitol are inner city slums.

Despite all this the building was still stately and attractive.
