| The trail starts out as a typical desert floor hike with plenty of cacti and other desert brush. The trail is well maintained and clearly marked. Not far from the parking lot the trail begins to gain elevation as it heads up to run parallel halfway up the canyon. There are plenty of ups and downs with the terrain making the trail more interesting. | |||||
