Off of the scenic drive are a number of
trailheads that lead to several short trails all right around or a
little under 1 mile. However, several of them can be combined to
include hours of great desert hiking. The trail we took is the Valley View Overlook Trail which is pictured here. It is a nice little 1 mile out-and-back trail that takes you through some very large saguaro with some unique features. |
