To Colorado Dept. of Transportation it's
called U.S. Highway 34. To the Nat'l Park Service it's called
Trail Ridge Road. To anyone with their eyes open it's called
spectacular. Not quite as
dramatic as the Million Dollar Highway (Ouray to Silverton) or a
picturesque as Highway 1, the Trail Ridge Road is still an
over-stimulation for the eyes. Click
