Texas State Capitol, Austin (December, 2001)

 
The building is made of what looked like large granite blocks on the bottom and limestone on the top.  (But hey, what do I know.)

Unfortunately we were there on a Saturday (right after it closed) so we weren't able to get inside.  By the looks of it though, it looks promising!  We'll definitely have to come back.
