One of the really cool things about the park is the backdrop.  Lots of older (very nice looking) red brick buildings compliment the red brick used in the stadium.  The grass lawns add a nice touch as do the apartment/loft buildings (behind right field).  I'm sure those things bring premium rents!  Click here to see a panoramic of the field.
