This is probably the most recognizable part
of Central Park--The Mall. It has been featured in plenty of
movies. The setting is topped off by plenty of shade created by hundreds if not thousands of American Elm trees. Overall there are 1,700 American Elms in the park and over 26,000 trees total. |
