One of the really interesting things is
the churches of New York City. You'll be walking along amid
huge skyscrapers and glitzy storefronts and then look up and see a
19th century church, nestled right into the scene like it belonged
there. From the monstrous St.
Patrick's on 5th Avenue to the historic Trinity Church in lower
Manhattan to quaint like this one--St. Bart's on the east of Central
Park, they all have a different character.
Take time to stop for a second and
admire each one you see and even poke your head in if you are able
