All Around Manhattan, New York City (September, 2006)

One of the really interesting things is the churches of New York City.  You'll be walking along amid huge skyscrapers and glitzy storefronts and then look up and see a 19th century church, nestled right into the scene like it belonged there.

From the monstrous St. Patrick's on 5th Avenue to the historic Trinity Church in lower Manhattan to quaint like this one--St. Bart's on the east of Central Park, they all have a different character.

Take time to stop for a second and admire each one you see and even poke your head in if you are able to.
