Collective Overview, Chicago (2004-2008)

The city was founded on the banks of Lake Michigan and it has successfully managed to not turn its back on the lake.  Between the Chicago River and Lake Michigan there's always water in sight and always a ribbon of park space or grand building intertwined with it.

This photo was taken off the south end of Grant Park.  Click here for a cool panoramic of the skyline from this viewpoint.

The slideshow will focus on our most recent trip to Chicago but will include photos from several of my other trips.  Many of the earlier shots were taken at night when I had time to roam about the city between business endeavors.
