Lots of specialty type shops (many of which were really quite nice) and good seafood restaurants are what Seaport is all about.  We ate at Edgewater Grill and it was pretty good.  A bit pricey even for Southern California, but a table on the patio afforded view of the Bay, Coronado Island, and a great suns over a Navy ship.  Click here to see it.
