Also on Historic Hill is the sea lion
show. But, we found out that since we were there on a Monday,
they didn't do the show. That sucks!
So it was on to the Red Rocks areas with
all the hoofed animals. Not really to exciting but also
peppered throughout that area were the giraffes, the zebras, the big
cats and the like, so it wasn't bad.
We checked out the schedule for sea
lion feeding and made sure we caught one of those. After
watching for a minute or so, I got the distinct impression they did
a LOT of sea lion feedings. They couldn't care less about
dropping the fish being thrown to them. Oh well. On to
lunch of our own! We hit the Lakeside Cafe which is the big
cafeteria style restaurant. It was pretty typical, but good. |
