| Without all the cranes, construction fences and torn-up landscaping the Capitol grounds might be quite nice. However, I was a bit surprised that they weren't absolutely immaculate. Upon thinking about it though, I'm not sure they ever could be with the thousands upon thousands of visitors that come here each day. | |||||
