I was able to arrange for a tour through Senator Bond's office (as most any one can do through their elected officials' offices).  Most tours are led by staff interns and they rarely have anything interesting to say or have the depth of knowledge that a normal tour guide might have.  That's kind of frustrating knowing that you're in a one-of-a-kind building.
