The Hart Prairie Lodge is the main lodge
at for the area where you rent gear on the lower floor with the
restaurant and dining on the top deck. The food was so, so,
but you aren't there for the food! Arizona Snowbowl is an interesting deal. It was begun in the 1930 on land controlled by the US Forest Service. They continue to lease it from them today. The slopes are on the north facing side of the western slopes of Agassiz Peak. The lodge is situated at about 9,200 feet ASL. Check out the trail map for more details on the layout. |
