For KariLynn and I this was our first
time ever on skis. For Mel it had been 9 years....So it was off
to the starter "run" to get the feel of it. (I don't even think
this short little thing qualifies as a "bunny slope.") The conveyor belt style lift was really
pretty nice. It was much better than those stupid rope pull
things. Check KariLynn getting the snowplow thing down pat. Click here. It was absolutely perfect for a first day skiing: warm (35º+), sunny, not a bit of a breeze and the crowds were low. Union Creek area has a nice food court. Click here for the map. |
