Most of the redevelopment is outstanding!
Very nicely renovated buildings and lots of character in many of the
older buildings. (It is similar to The Strand in Galveston, TX.) The area is packed full of restaurants, shops, and theaters. We were there only at night and didn't have a good opportunity to walk about too much, but what we did see was impressive.
